But a great idea just encase one forms in the future... ;)

JasonJason Meyershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12510878862274931588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5825920943136724941.post-17818323536127413322012-07-09T00:24:46.096+09:002012-07-09T00:24:46.096+09:00Matt.

Matt was talking about using a 6mm horse, but I don't think he's gotten around to doing it yet (and I suspect it may be quite tricky to do it!).

A quick update: I've textured all the bases (using a sand/ PVA mix) and left them to dry. No warping of the wooden bases, hooray!

Next is to paint them. I've been experimenting on colours before I start putting paint to the bases, as there will be no going back once I've started. This will take time and a glass of wine or so, but if I pace it well it should be no problem in getting them all ready for next week. Fortunately getting over the Whooping Cough gave me a few unexpected days off that I put to good use.

I've also started painting their general. So lots to do before the game, but the addition of a brigade of infantry and a howitzer for the French should give Perfidious Albion and their Black Brunswicker lackeys something to think about!Roberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07889130893225462338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5825920943136724941.post-63885898985924153852012-07-08T09:30:33.228+09:002012-07-08T09:30:33.228+09:00Exciting stuff.
